KTMB Adds Two Extra ETS Trains for Christmas & Year-End School Holidays

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 22 — In anticipation of high demand during the Christmas and year-end school holidays, Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) will add two extra ETS trains on the KL Sentral-Padang Besar route from December 20 to 29.

The additional services will offer 630 tickets daily, totaling 6,300 tickets for the 10-day period, including business class. Tickets will go on sale starting November 25 at 10 AM.

The extra trains will depart Padang Besar at 11:05 AM and from KL Sentral at 5:00 PM. KTMB advises passengers to purchase tickets early via the KTMB website or the KTM Mobile app, and to arrive early for smoother travel during the busy season.
