Eight Malaysians Sue Government and WHO for RM60M Over 'Fake Pandemic' and 'Toxic Vaccines'
Eight Malaysians have filed a RM60 million class-action lawsuit against the government and the World Health Organization (WHO), alleging that Covid-19 vaccinations caused deaths and severe health issues. The group, represented by Mohamad Zainuddin & Co., has named 25 defendants, including Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, former leaders Muhyiddin Yassin and Ismail Sabri Yaakob, and officials from the Health Ministry and law enforcement.
The plaintiffs accuse WHO and its director-general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, of declaring a fraudulent pandemic in March 2020 and promoting global Movement Control Orders (MCOs). They claim Covid-19 was a man-made bioweapon and that vaccines, presented as a solution, were toxic and experimental.
The suit alleges negligence in handling the pandemic and the vaccines' safety, claiming public consent for vaccination was obtained through fraud and misinformation. The plaintiffs are seeking declarations that COVID-19 was a fabricated pandemic and a biological weapon. They are also calling for Malaysia to withdraw from the WHO and the World Economic Forum (WEF) and demanding RM60 million in damages.
