Two Men Stabbed in Melbourne’s Northwest in Violent Attack, One’s Phone Stolen

SYDNEY – Two men were seriously injured in a stabbing spree in Melbourne’s northwest on Saturday night. Police said a group of assailants attacked an 18-year-old man outside a shopping center in Caroline Springs, about 20 km from central Melbourne, at around midnight. The victim was stabbed and hospitalized in serious condition.

The attackers then drove further along Lake Street, where they assaulted a 22-year-old man and stole his phone. The second victim also suffered severe stab wounds and was taken to the hospital.

Victoria Police are investigating the incident and have urged anyone with information to come forward.
