Car Crashes into Queensway Shopping Centre Basement, Injuring 61- and 91-Year-Old Women
SINGAPORE - A car plunged into the basement carpark of Queensway Shopping Centre yesterday afternoon, injuring two women, aged 61 and 91. The incident, which occurred at 4:20 pm along Alexandra Road, involved four vehicles.
Both the driver, a 61-year-old woman, and her 91-year-old passenger were conscious when taken to the National University Hospital. The vehicle was removed by tow truck workers around 8 pm, with the process completed in 15 minutes. Police are investigating the incident.
