Aston Villa Strengthen Defence with £6 Million Signing of Andres Garcia from Levante"

Aston Villa have completed the signing of 21-year-old defender Andres Garcia from Spanish club Levante for a reported £6 million. Garcia, who can play as a right-back or further up the field, has impressed this season with three goals.

The move marks Villa’s second signing of the January transfer window, following the £19 million arrival of Dutch international Donyell Malen from Borussia Dortmund.

Meanwhile, winger Jaden Philogene has departed for Ipswich in a £22 million deal. Villa, under Unai Emery, are currently 8th in the Premier League and 5th in the Champions League standings ahead of their match against Monaco on Tuesday.
