Following public tips, the GOF raided an illegal iron ore mining site in Kampung Pahi, Kuala Krai, detaining 11 undocumented migrants. The individuals arrested included seven Bangladeshi, three Nepalese, and one Indonesian man, some of whom lacked valid work permits or entry documents. The GOF took them to the Kuala Krai district police for further investigation. Authorities revealed the foreigners were employed by an individual for the unlicensed mining operation.
