Post-mortems confirmed that all nine FRU personnel killed in Tuesday’s Teluk Intan crash died from multiple injuries sustained in the collision. Perak police chief Datuk Noor Hisam Nordin said investigations are underway under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act. A special inquiry panel will be set up, involving Puspakom, JPJ, and AAIB, to probe the technical causes. Police will also gather statements from survivors and witnesses. The tragic crash occurred when an FRU truck collided with a stone-laden lorry, injuring nine other personnel.
