KUALA LUMPUR — Police have arrested a second suspect in the acid attack on spa operator Nor Faziera Muda in Bachok, Kelantan last Saturday.
The 45-year-old man, a friend of the first suspect—a 38-year-old woman detained earlier—was caught in Kuala Krai and will face remand today. Nor Faziera underwent six hours of surgery after being attacked by three individuals.
Authorities are still investigating the motive, with the victim unable to identify the suspects. Possible reasons like jealousy or revenge remain under review.
