Two motoring programme managers, Tan Kok Ho and Denise Tan Ying Chyuan, pleaded not guilty in Kuala Lumpur Magistrate’s Courts to charges of using fake 'Saman Hadir' notices resembling official police documents to deceive the public. The alleged offences occurred on May 10 and 11 at Bukit Bintang and Bukit Jalil. Charged under Section 471 of the Penal Code, both were granted bail — RM2,500 and RM3,500 respectively. The case is set for mention on July 2. A viral video showing the fake summons sparked public concern.
