Selangor has launched a RM100 million fund to resolve decades-long strata title delays, starting with six apartment projects across the state. Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari said RM10 million is allocated this year to kick off the Selangor Strata Fund, aiming to secure property rights and smooth inheritance for residents. With 138,000 units still lacking titles since 2007, the initiative is expected to pay off over the next decade through parcel quit rent returns.
