Mani Ratnam's highly anticipated film Thug Life, starring Kamal Haasan alongside Silambarasan, Trisha, Joju George, and others, has underperformed at the box office. Despite a grand opening on Day 1, the film saw a rapid decline in collections and mixed reviews from fans, many of whom were left disappointed by the gangster-themed drama.
Now, after 9 days, the film has reportedly collected only ₹88 crore worldwide. With weak momentum and ongoing criticism, there's growing doubt whether Thug Life will even reach the ₹100 crore mark.
