Recently, the mysterious death of a police officer named Ajith during an investigation in Thiruppuvanam, Sivagangai district, left the people of Tamil Nadu in shock.

Following this, as the leader of TVK, Vijay personally visited the late Ajith’s home to console the grieving family.

Speaking with emotion, Vijay said, “It’s not just this family that has lost a father — this society continues to ignore voices that seek justice.” He also extended financial support by donating ₹2 lakhs to Ajith's family.
