CYBERJAYA: The main suspect in the murder of the 20-year-old university student here will be charged tomorrow.

Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan confirmed that the male suspect would be brought to the Sepang Court Complex tomorrow morning.

"Yes, the male suspect will be charged tomorrow morning under Section 302 of the Penal Code," he said when contacted today.

The suspect is one of four individuals arrested within 48 hours of the discovery of Cyberjaya university student Maniisha's body on June 26, in a university apartment.

Earlier it was reported that the main suspect is believed to have spent the night there several times with his girlfriend before the incident.

Hussein was reported saying that investigations revealed that the victim's housemate, who is also the suspect's girlfriend, had handed him the access card and keys to the condominium before the incident.

The suspect had used the access card and keys provided by his girlfriend, who had returned to her hometown after examinations.
