Ajith is set to reunite with director Adhik Ravichandran after Good Bad Ugly, with the project (AK64) now expected to be produced by Romeo Pictures instead of the initially planned Vels Films. Talks are ongoing, and Ajith’s salary is rumoured to be ₹180 crore.

However, Ajith has reportedly instructed not to announce the film yet, as shooting is only set to begin in November. Currently focused on car racing in Dubai, he is said to prefer announcing the project around September or October.

Fans, eager for an update after his recent Padma Bhushan honour and racing triumphs, are disappointed by the delay, hoping Ajith maintains his momentum after his Good Bad Ugly success.
