KUALA LUMPUR — A motorcyclist suffered neck injuries after being caught in a kite string while riding along MRR2 near Kepong Lake Garden yesterday. Police said the 27-year-old victim stopped by the roadside and sought treatment for burns at a Selayang clinic. The case is being probed under the Road Transport Act for obstructing traffic. A video of the incident, shared by the victim, showed his injury and urged police action against kite-flying near roads.
