KLK Launches RM3.5 Billion KLK TechPark in Tanjung Malim

KLK Land, a subsidiary of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd, has unveiled KLK TechPark a RM3.5 billion integrated industrial hub in Tanjung Malim, Perak. Spanning 607 hectares, the development will roll out in phases until 2035 and features build-to-suit solutions, industrial plots, and ready-built factories with excellent connectivity, including direct access to the North-South Expressway. Chinese EV giant BYD is the anchor investor in Phase 1, with a 60-hectare facility. Infrastructure works are expected to be completed by the end of 2026, marking a major boost for industrial growth in the region.
