A rare total lunar eclipse, often called a "Blood Moon," graced the night sky across parts of the United States and New Zealand. Spectacular images captured in New York City showed large crowds gathering on observation decks to witness the moon turn a deep reddish-orange color.

In Tulsa, Oklahoma, residents watched as the copper-red moon set behind local landmarks, providing a stunning visual display for stargazers. The event was also visible in Los Angeles, where time-lapse photography documented the lunar transition throughout the night.

This astronomical event occurred on the 14th night of Ramadan, making it particularly meaningful for observers in many parts of the world. While regional conflicts dominated the news, the rare celestial show offered a brief moment of global wonder for millions who tuned in to see the rare reddish hue.
