KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 13 — A 79-year-old woman was terrorized early yesterday morning when a man broke into her home in Taman Kota Masai, holding a knife to her neck and demanding valuables. The thief stole items worth around RM2,000.
Police, acting on a tip-off, arrested the suspect at 4:30 am. The man, with 15 prior criminal records, was found in possession of the stolen goods, including a mobile phone and tablet. He tested positive for methamphetamine and is now on a seven-day remand to aid the investigation. The case is being probed under Sections 392/397 of the Penal Code.
