Woman’s Body Found Floating in Taiping Mining Pond*
IPOH, Nov 16 — A woman's body was discovered floating in a mining pond in Tekah Permai, Taiping, this morning.
According to Perak Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Sabarodzi Nor Ahmad, the body was located after a report was made at 9:13 AM.
The victim, an unidentified adult female, was retrieved by a team of 11 firefighters from the Taiping Fire and Rescue Station within 15 minutes. The body has been handed over to the police for further investigation.
