KUALA LUMPUR — Police arrested three foreigners, including a woman, and seized hundreds of imitation firearms in a raid on a terrace house in Segambut yesterday afternoon.

Among the fake weapons confiscated were Walther P99s, M4 Carbines, Colt AR-15s, Heckler & Koch MP5s, CZs, Glock 17s, Sand Vipers, Browning pistols, ball bearing crossbows, and spear guns.

Authorities said the fake firearms were stored and repackaged for sale on social media. Simultaneous raids were also carried out in Selangor and Johor.

The suspects, aged between 35 and 45, are being investigated under the Arms Act and Immigration Act. Police have urged social media platforms to crack down on illegal sales or face action by the MCMC.
