BUTTERWORTH — Penang police are searching for two men who opened fire on a four-wheel-drive vehicle outside SK Sungai Nyior on Tuesday evening.
Deputy police chief Datuk Mohd Alwi Zainal Abidin said the suspects, riding a motorcycle, fired five shots at the 4WD while a local man in his 40s was waiting to pick up his child.
The incident occurred around 5.40pm, but the victim was unharmed. Police are actively investigating and working to identify the suspects.
