SEPANG — Emotions ran high at the Sepang Magistrate’s Court when a man, believed to be the victim’s relative, shouted at a suspect in the Cyberjaya murder case during a remand hearing.
The man accused the suspect of killing his younger sibling, prompting police to quickly step in and prevent further confrontation.
Lawyer M. Manoharan, representing the male suspect, criticized police for making public statements that could prejudice the case, stressing that his client remains innocent until proven guilty.
The suspects—one man and two women—are under a seven-day remand and were known to the victim, who was found dead in her condominium on June 24. The case is still under investigation for murder.
